The Eagle Has Landed…

Yeah so here begins yet another attempt at starting a web log. I think I went about the whole blogging thaaang all wrong before, cuz I ended up getting bored with just writing about everyday mundane things.

Then I had an epiphany – Wait a minute! I can write whatever the hell i like. Why not try to mix it up a bit, instead of just writing about what I had for lunch today? So I guess that some days I could inflict my opinions about just about anything on any cyber-citizen that bumps into my blog; some days I can go on about some new music I’ve discovered; some days I can rant about something that pissed me off; and some days I can just skip the whole writing thing. But whatever I write, it’ll still be all me.

So, you may ask, if you’ve got so much t’ings to say right now (splice Bob Marley sample here…) – why are you throwing darts from behind a curtain??? Good (if not obvious) question. Well… let’s just say that I gotta watch my back. Not in a paranoid schitzofrenia kinda way, but just that I live in a conservative area with a few ig’nant folks around me, who may not take too kindly to some of my subject matter. Got a job that (kinda) pays the bills, and trust me it’s been a little work trying to keep those folks off of my Myspace. The truth is, I like writing, and I don’t want to feel as though i have to stifle my thoughts in case someone unexpected comes across my page.

Hence the witty soubriquet   So yeah – I basically write whatever the hell I damned well please. Ok, Pumpkin? Thanks much. If you take issue with anything said here, please click here, for a nice, refreshing glass of freshly squeezed Haterade. Aaaahhh, yesss… the Haterade Button. Kinda like Staple’s Easy Button, but with a tad more ‘tude.

I’m kinda curious to see what journey this online journal is going to lead me on. Hopefully I’ll meet alot of cool folks out here. I’ll be posting again in five, four, three, two…
